Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The author(s) take(s) responsibility for the content of the article submitted to the journal and authorize(s) its publication.
- Units of measurement must follow the standards of the International System (SI), drawn up by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) [www.bipm.org];
- Authors must mention their ORCID when submitting their data. An ORCID identifier is unique to each individual and acts as a persistent digital identifier, ensuring that authors (especially those with relatively common names) can be differentiated and that their work is correctly attributed.
- Boards, tables, graphs and illustrations must be captioned and the full source cited;
- By submitting an article to the journal Diálogos Interdisicplinares: Educação, Saúde e Direito, authors agree to the ethical policies and undertake to conduct research in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards.
- When submitting an article, authors declare that all human participants have provided informed consent to take part in the research.
- The authors state that the participation of humans and animals in their research was voluntary and that no participant was coerced or subjected to any form of pressure.

- The author(s) authorize(s) the publication of the article in the journal;
- The author(s) guarantee(s) that the contribution is original and unpublished and that it is not being evaluated in any other journal(s);
- The journal is not responsible for the opinions, ideas and concepts expressed in the texts, as they are the sole responsibility of the author(s);
- The editors reserve the right to make textual adjustments and to bring articles into line with the publication's standards.
Once the manuscript has been published, Diálogos Interdisciplinares: Educação, Saúde e Direito becomes the copyright holder of the published articles. The journal grants third parties the right to use, reproduce and share the article in accordance with the Creative Commons (CC-BY 4.0), as stated in the PDF versions of the article.
Privacy Statement
- The content of the articles is the sole responsibility of the authors.
- Reproduction of all or part of the content of articles is permitted, provided the source is acknowledged.
- Articles containing plagiarism will be rejected and the author of the plagiarism will lose the right to publish in this journal.
- The names and addresses provided in this journal will be used exclusively for the services provided by this publication and are not available for other purposes or to third parties.
- By submitting articles, authors assign the copyright of their articles to Diálogos Interdisciplinares: Educação, Saúde e Direito. If the author regrets their submission, they have the right to ask Diálogos Interdisciplinares not to publish their article. However, this request must be made within two months of the launch of the issue in which the article is to be published.
