Open Access Policy

This is an open-access journal, which means that all the content is available immediately and free of charge and at no cost to the user or their institution. Users are authorized to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without seeking prior permission from the editor or author. This is in line with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access:

“Open access” to peer-reviewed scientific literature means free availability on the Internet, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or reference the full texts of these articles, collect them for indexing, enter them as data in software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those inseparable from Internet access itself. The only restrictions on reproduction or distribution and the only role for copyright in this domain are to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.

Archiving

This journal uses the PKP PN service to create a distributed archiving system between the participating libraries and allows permanent archives of the journal to be created for preservation and restoration.

Data Protection Policy

When you submit or review a scientific article for this journal, your personal and contact details that are included in the journal's Open Journal System (OJS) will be stored and used for the journal's regular operations. The journal's Editorial Board recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information collected from users in the operation of these services and adopts practices to guarantee and maintain the security, integrity and privacy of the data collected and processed.
